Challenge

Create a social media campaign that generates growth in your digital community and showcases the new locations and services of this traditional pet store.

Solution

We invite pet owners to register their pets for a contest where the winners will be honored with a portrait created by a graphic artist. The portraits will be shared on social media and will also become part of a commemorative mural celebrating the anniversary and the opening of new clinics and retail locations for the brand.

During the campaign, we achieved a 50% increase in brand sales through e-commerce, a 20% increase in the average order value on e-commerce, a 15% increase in physical store interactions, and a 55% increase in digital interactions compared to the previous month.
